Security Expertise and Training
The 4MOZA Foundation is a non-governmental organization established by former members of the army, soldiers of the Naval Special Operations Unit FORMOZA (JW 4026). Our mission is to provide specialized training, national security, and protection, as well as to support defense-related initiatives—both in Poland and abroad.
CERTIFICATION
The Foundation works with highly qualified operators with long international experience. Our team consists of experts who developed their knowledge and skill while serving in elite units and by attending the world’s top courses. Members of 4MOZA hold certificates and licenses from the U.S., the U.K., NATO, and various special forces, among other states and structures.
BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL)
This is a primary course for candidates who enlist in America’s elite Navy SEALs. One of the world’s most demanding military trainings, it lasts twenty-four weeks and is designed to test and develop an individual both physically and mentally.
The program selects for top resolve, resilience, and leadership abilities. As little as 20 to 25% of candidates make it through, testifying to how difficult and rigorous the course is.
Operators of the Formoza unit join the Navy SEALs for military exercise on a regular basis—as equal partners and not subordinates, because the level at which our unit performs is comparable to that of the most advanced corps in the world.
MARSEC (Maritime Security Training)
These are educational and practical programs designed to give military, naval, and harbor personnel the abilities required for managing security effectively in maritime environments. MARSEC’s focus is on securing and protecting ships, harbors, and critical infrastructure from such threats as piracy, smuggling, terrorism, and other acts that compromise safety of individuals and organizations.
MARSEC trainings are crucial to maintaining safe maritime environments globally, especially as dangers posed by modern pirates, smugglers, and terrorists have become more imminent. The programs are recognized by NATO and the United States Coast Guard, confirming their significance for international maritime security.
Petrol Craft Advanced Training (PCAT)
This course is held at the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS), at the John C. Stennis Space Center in Hancock County, Mississippi. One of the tactical trainings offered by NAVSCIATTS, it is focused on developing operational skills required for patrolling combat areas onboard waterborne vessels. The skill and knowledge gained in PCAT are crucial for operating effectively in maritime environments—be it during missions or as part of security assistance.
NAVSCIATTS is an international training facility under the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Its main focus is on close cooperation between security and special operations (SOF) and similar forces from partner states. The school trains military personnel, offering courses in tactics, equipment, communications (signals), arms, shooting range safety, and many other aspects of SO.
Basic Leader Course (BLC) at Fort Drum, NY
Training designed for soldiers of the U.S. Army, organized by the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCOA) of the 10th Mountain Division. Preparing individuals to take on the roles of leaders, BLC is a milestone in any soldier’s career. Completing the course gives prospects of promotion to the high command as it prepares one for leadership in various combat units. At the same time, participants integrate within the forces and acquire practical skills to help them in their regular duty.
SERE C (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape Level C)
The most demanding survival course for military personnel, designed for those who face high risk of prolonged isolation or capture and exploitation. Mandatory for pilots, air force crewmembers, special operators, and other highly exposed soldiers.
Organized in armies around the world, including the United States and Poland, this training prepares individuals for extreme conditions and circumstances, including captivity. Intensive and arduous, it has been termed “the single best course you wouldn’t ever want to repeat.”

Instructed by the famous “Black Hats,” who represent various units of the United States Army, the course requires high physical as well as mental fitness. Completion awards the Jump Wings and allows one to serve in airborne forces.
Combat Lifesaver Course (CLS)
Intensive medical instruction, preparing individuals to deliver first aid in combat. The CLS is an essential part of a soldier’s training, providing the knowledge and confidence one needs in order to be able to tend to injuries and save lives.
