Piotr Makuch
President of the 4MOZA Foundation
Former operator in JW Formoza, served eight years in special operations. Warrant Officer, section commander, boat commander, NAVSCIATTS graduate, CLS rescuer, firearms instructor, certified motorboat and yacht steersman, parachutist, diver, security expert.
His expertise from special operations—in decision-making, resilience, adaption, and leadership—now serves him well outside military structures: having retired from the forces, he started a foundation for former members of Formoza whose aim is to share and promote their knowledge, values, and operational experience in both social and educational contexts. Guided invariably by the principles of duty, he translates what he learned in elite units into assets for the building of a safer, more aware, resilient society.
Tomasz Miśkiewicz
Vice-President of the 4MOZA Foundation
Highly experienced as marketing director, worked more than thirteen years in the corporate environment—internationally, including regional structures across Central Europe, where his job was to oversee the development of strategies, manage budgets comprehensively, and roll out marketing projects in the consumer electronics sector.
Operationally effective and familiar with dynamic frameworks, he now makes best use of these capacities in the sector for security and defense technology. His combination of strategic thinking, business-wise discipline, and ability to administer demanding partnerships brings significant added value to areas which are critical to defense and stability.

The Foundation’s team brings together individuals with extensive experience, who served in special operations forces of the Polish Army and in the secret service—their competence is a result of many years of training, missions, and combat in Afghanistan, Iraq, and other conflict-affected areas.
